Center For Child Protection
The mission of the Center for Child Protection is to reduce the trauma for children during the investigation and prosecution of child abuse cases. Founded in 1989, it is the first stop for children who are suspected victims of sexual and physical abuse and for children who have witnessed a violent crime. All services are provided at no charge and most are available in English and Spanish.

Big Brothers Big Sisters of Central Texas
The mission of Big Brothers Big Sisters is to help children reach their potential through professionally supported, one-to-one relationships with measurable impact. It is the oldest, largest, and most effective youth mentoring organization in the United States. The Central Texas agency has provided more than 82,000 hours of mentoring to 1,662 children throughout the Austin area in 2008.

Capital Area Food Bank of Texas
The mission of the Capital Area Food Bank (CAFB) is to nourish hungry people and lead the community in ending hunger. In its 28th year of service, CAFB currently provides food and grocery products to 355 Partner Agencies in 21 Central Texas counties. In 2008, CAFB distributed more than 17 million pounds of food, and its service area covers 19.064 square miles in Central Texas.

American Youthworks
American YouthWorks is a 501(c)(3) organization based in Austin, Texas that is dedicated to empowering youth through education and green jobs training. AYW operates a public charter high school, a GED program, Casa Verde Builders, Environmental Corps, and Computer Corps. We also offer onsite social services, including a health care clinic, parent/child development center, and counseling. For more than thirty years, American YouthWorks has assisted thousands of local youth in transforming their lives through community service, education, and a commitment to preserving the natural environment.

Any Baby Can
At Any Baby Can, we believe that all children can reach their potential through education, therapy and family support services. Each year, Any Baby Can serves more than 5,000 of the youngest, sickest, and poorest children and their families in the Central Texas area. These children face a number of challenges to their well-being, including special health care needs, developmental delays, the danger of being abused or neglected, poverty, and the risk of not succeeding in school. Any Baby Can supports families and children with a continuum of evidence based best practices including both prevention and intervention strategies, overlaid with advocacy and support.

Ignite a Dream
Our mission is to ignite the desire of at-risk youth communities in Austin to become lifelong leaders by actively engaging them in safe and structured sport activities through tennis, soccer and other athletic programs. Ignite a Dream will achieve its mission by providing all underprivileged children with athletic opportunities that will teach them valuable life skills as well as provide them with tools, resources and the passion necessary to excel.
 
The "Ignite a Dream" soccer program is geared as an introduction to soccer, focusing on the core fundamentals of soccer, while making it FUN, FUN, FUN ! This curriculum will be taught in a small group atmosphere by true, experienced local soccer professionals. The "Ignite a Dream" Soccer Program is structured in order to provide encouragement, positive reinforcement, help children set goals, and then provide them with the necessary tools to reach those goals.

Austin Can! Academy
Austin Can! Academy provides a second chance for at-risk youth and their families to achieve economic independence and hope for a better life through relationship-based education and training. It is a charter school allowing students to finish their high school education and earn a valid diploma. In 2007, high school dropouts from Texas schools cost the state $330 million – every Austin Can! graduate reduces the deficit  by $330,000 over their lifetime.
